SEA Consult Projects team of 35 have been based full-time for over seven years at SCB Head Office to manage their continued Retail Bank Roll-out program as well as the fitting out of their offices and other properties that the bank owns. The team delivered the 1.000th retail branch in Bangkok on 15th of August 2010, showing our strong commitment to provide long-term and unbiased services to our clients
The main challenge on this roll-out program is to careful plan and manage the co-ordination of construction and building services and to integrate all equipments, such as security, ATM’s and other bank services equipment within the banks central control group.
We manage this by using our stringiest management processes; award of all contracts is through a competitive and transparent process, whilst consulting the Siam Commercial Bank on all key decisions and coordination elements.
