SEA Consult Projects are again proud to have been appointed by Sansiri as Project and Construction Manager for the prestige’s PYNE by Sansiri project, designed by renowned Bangkok Architect’s Palmer & Turner.

Having sold all units with in two hours of opening pre-sales, construction on the residential project PYNE by Sansiri began in October 2011 and is still on schedule to be completed by October 2013.

Applications for a constructon permit and an environmental impact assessment were all approved  as per our schedules. The project, located close to Ratchathewi Skytrain station, features a “Modern Integrated Function Concept” design, according to Sansiri.
