Since its establishment in 1992, the SEA Consult Group has successfully managed and delivered over 1,800 projects, ranging in value from more than US$35,000 each for Bank and  Retail  roll-outs and Offices to budgets exceeding US$30-100 million for Hotel & Resort Development and Renovations, and further, to more than US$2.4 billion contracts for the MRTA Initial System Project in Bangkok. SEA Consult employs over 120 direct-salaried, highly focused and experienced consultants and  professionals with an exceptional track record of success.

We are one of the few truly independent Hotel & Resort Development Advisors in South East Asia with no alliances or shareholding with companies in hotel operating, real estate or development  organizations. This presents our clients, investors, operators and hotel owners/developers with a unique position of true integrity, independence and partnership. It allows us to properly represent our clients, without any conflict of interest, or any pressure to sell competing services.

SEA Consult Projects provide a successful combination of international expertise with intimate knowledge of South East Asia’s local market conditions; we provide full advisory services from project inception through to operational hand-over.
